May 9, 2008 - The Chancellor and the Board of Governors of Assumption University are pleased to announce Assumption’s 46th Convocation to be presided over by President and Vice-Chancellor, Rev. Dr. Paul J. Rennick, CSB.

The degree of Doctors of Laws (honoris causa) will be conferred upon:

Mr. Carl S. Cohen
Mr. Aubrey Dan
Mr. Akshay Kumar

In addition to these honorary degrees, The Reverend E. Carlisle Lebel, CSB. Award will be given to:

Mrs. Barbara Cunningham
Rev. Dr. Donald Hull
Dr. Stuart Selby
Dr. Anne Snowdon

The Vice-Chancellor will also confer the following degree upon graduate of The Department of Theology: Master of Arts, Pastoral Ministry. 

The Convocation will be held on Friday, May 9th, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. in The Assumption University Chapel, 400 Huron Church Road, Windsor, Ontario.
